Episode 1 – “Podders of RoHan”

Welcome to the first official episode of the Still Untitled But Definitely Interesting Rowan Kaiser/Zack Handlen Podcast! In this installment, we focus on Mass Effect, the epic action/role-playing space opera trilogy which came to a dramatic, controversial conclusion earlier in 2012. We also talk about talking about Deep Space 9, and then we don’t.

We open the podcast with a discussion of Mass Effect as a series, particularly Mass Effect 2. It includes some very minor spoilers. Around 45 minutes into the podcast we take a break, then start discussing the entirety of Mass Effect 3, its story, its themes, and its ending. Obviously this involves heavy spoilers.

“Pilot”

Welcome to the first episode of the Rowan Kaiser & Zack Handlen Podcast About Video Games And Maybe TV Shows And Probably Some Other Stuff. (We’re in the market for a new name–drop suggestions in the comments!)

The episode focuses on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, naturally, because all games are Skyrim and Skyrim is all games.

We’ll be doing some retooling for future episodes, of course, including theme music, switching host duties, and perhaps even inviting guests on.
